Non Renounceable Entitlement Issue to Raise $1.17M Offer Documents Despatched

Hammer Metals Limited (“ Hammer” or “the Company” ) (ASX: HMX), advises that in accordance with the estimated timetable for the Company’s recently announced non-renounceable entitlement offer (the Offer), it has today despatched the Offer Documents incorporating the Supplementary Prospectus, the Prospectus and Entitlement and Acceptance Form to all Eligible Shareholders.

As a reminder the following table sets out key dates for the Offer.
