DESPATCH OF RIGHTS ISSUE PROSPECTUS

Midas Resources Limited (ASX: MDS) ( Midas or the Company ) is pleased to confirm that in accordance with the timetable for the Company’s 4 for 1 renounceable rights issue, the Prospectus and accompanying entitlement application forms were despatched yesterday.

Shareholders are reminded that the Rights Trading period continues until 17 May 2013, Rights can be traded under the ASX code MDSR.
