Ad Hoc: Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG Appoints Angela Titzrath as
Successor as Chairwoman of the Executive Board

At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Hamburger Hafen und Logistik
AG appointed Ms. Angela Titzrath as the new Chairwoman of the company's
Executive Board with effect from 1 January 2017. The appointment will
initially be valid for three years.

Ms. Titzrath, previously a top manager at Daimler, a member of the
Executive Board at Deutsche Post and a member of various Supervisory
Boards, will succeed the current Chairman of the Executive Board,
Klaus-Dieter Peters, who announced at the end of last year that he will not
be at the company's disposal after the expiration of his contract as of 31
December 2016.
