Shareholders of HAMBORNER REIT AG have subscribed for 11,959,948, or 71.7%,
of the offer shares in the subscription rights offer which will end today.
With a view to the current market environment, the management board has
decided today not to conduct any private placement.

Assuming a subscription of 11,959,948 of the offer shares, HAMBORNER REIT
AG would raise gross proceeds of approximately EUR 101.66 million.
