Expansion of the Management Board and appointment of Niclas Karoff as Chief Executive Officer

HAMBORNER REIT AG, Goethestraße 45, 47166 Duisburg, 23 January 2020

The Supervisory Board of HAMBORNER REIT AG today resolved to appoint Mr Niclas Karoff with effect as of 1 March 2020 as Chief Executive Officer of HAMBORNER REIT AG. Mr Karoff has a longstanding experience in the real estate sector, inter alia as member of the Management Board of TLG Immobilien AG.

Upon effectiveness of the appointment of Mr Karoff, the Management Board of HAMBORNER REIT AG will be increased to three persons. The appointment is made in the interest of an early succession planning. The Management Board and the Supervisory Board are already looking forward working together with Mr Karoff.
