The chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of HAMBORNER REIT AG, Mrs. Bärbel Schomberg, has informed the Company that she will not stand for re-election to the Supervisory Board at the next ordinary annual general meeting of HAMBORNER REIT AG on 6 May 2020.

The nomination committee of the Supervisory Board of HAMBORNER REIT AG will propose a qualified successor as member of the Supervisory Board of HAMBORNER REIT AG prior to the next ordinary annual general meeting 2020.
