Methodology of Convening the General Assembly’s Meeting Via modern technology means
Attendance Eligibility, Registration Eligibility, and Voting End The right to attend shall be for the shareholders registered in the company's shareholders record at the Depository Center by the end of the trading session prior to the General Assembly meeting, in accordance with the laws and regulations. The right to register attendance for the General Assembly meeting expires at the time of the meeting's convening, and the right to vote on the Assembly's items for those present expires upon the end of screening the votes by the Screening Committee.
Quorum for Convening the General Assembly's Meeting The Extraordinary General Assembly meeting shall be valid if attended by shareholders representing at least half of the Company’s capital. If the quorum is not complete for this meeting, a second meeting will be convened one hour after the end of the period specified for the first meeting to be held. The second meeting shall be deemed valid if attended by shareholders representing at least a quarter of the capital.
