Additional Explanations

It has been resolved by Board of Directors that;

- The registered capital ceiling shall increase to TRY 15,000,000,000 from TRY 7,500,000,000 and the validation period of

registered capital shall be extended by the end of year 2029,

- Article 8 of the Articles of Association which is titled as "Capital and Shares" shall be amended as shown in the annex,

- A filing shall be made for the approval of the amendment of Article 8 of the Company's Articles of Association by the Capital

Markets Board and Ministry of Trade,

- In this context, the amendments shall be submitted for the approval by the General Assembly of the Company,

has been decided by the undersigned members on on October 23, 2025

In case of any contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
