Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun III-48.1 sayılı Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklıklarına İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği'nin "Gayrimenkul Değerleme Kuruluşunun Seçimi" başlıklı 35. Maddesi uyarınca, Şirket Yönetim Kurulumuzun 30 Ocak 2025 tarihinde almış olduğu karar doğrultusunda, p ortföyümüzde bulunan gayrimenkuller ve 2025 yılı içerisinde portföye alınabilecek ve değerleme gerektirecek varlıklar için, değerleme hizmeti alınacak Şirketlere ilişkin bilgi 30 Ocak 2025 tarihli özel durum açıklamamızla Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda açıklanmıştı.

Şirket Yönetim Kurulumuzun 01.10.2025 tarihinde; Kurul onayının alınması şartıyla, 2025 yılı sonunda portföyümüzde bulunan 15 adet gayrimenkule ilişkin değerleme hizmetinin "Net Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş". yerine "Form Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş."den alınmasına yönelik değerleme kuruluşu değişikliği için karar alınmış olup, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'ndan konuya ilişkin onay alınmıştır. Değerlemesi yapılacak 15 adet Gayrimenkule ait liste ekte yer almaktadır.

In accordance with Article 35 titled "Selection of Real Estate Appraisal Company" of the Communiqué on Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Companies (III-48.1) of the Capital Markets Board, pursuant to the resolution adopted by our Company's Board of Directors on January 30, 2025, information regarding the companies from which valuation services would be obtained for the properties in our portfolio and the assets that may be included in the portfolio and require valuation during 2025 was disclosed to the public through our material event disclosure on the Public Disclosure Platform dated January 30, 2025.

At its meeting held on October 1, 2025, our Company's Board of Directors resolved subject to the approval of the Capital Markets Board to change the real estate appraisal company providing valuation services for 15 real estates included in our portfolio as of the end of 2025, from "Net Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş." to "Form Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.", and the relevant approval has been obtained from the Capital Markets Board. The list of 15 real estate properties to be valued is attached.
