Şirketimiz portföyünde yer alan İstanbul Finans Merkezi "Halk Ofis Kuleleri"ne ait 31.12.2024 tarihinde yayınlanan değerleme raporunun 49. Sayfasındaki 2 parselin kira değerinin toplamı sehven hatalı yazılmış olması sebebi ile ilgili maddi hata düzeltilmiş olup, doğru değer ile revize edilen rapor ektedir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çeviri metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

The material error has been corrected due to the fact that the sum of rental value of the 2 parcels, on page 49 of the appraisal report published on 31.12.2024 for the Istanbul Financial Center "Halk Office Towers" in our company's portfolio, was written incorrectly, and the revised report with the correct value is attached.

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
