09.05.2025 tarihinde yapılan Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda, Şirketimizin 2025 yılına ilişkin mali tablolarının ve Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından 2025 yılları için yayımlanan Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlaması Standartları'na uygun olarak hazırlanacak raporların sürdürülebilirlik denetiminin KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından yapılması onaylanmıştır.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla dıyurulur.

At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on May 09, 2025, it was approved that KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.  will audit the financial statements of our Company for the year 2025 and the sustainability audit of the reports to be prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards published by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority for the years 2025.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail
