Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 22, 2024, Haemonetics Corporation issued a press release announcing that it had priced an offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2029 in a private offering pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and that it has entered into agreements to repurchase for $185.5 million in cash approximately $200.0 million in aggregate principal amount of its 0.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026 in privately negotiated transactions concurrently with the pricing of the notes in the offering.
