About WINDSOR AG:
The business activities of Windsor AG cover a broad value chain in the real
estate and property industry, which includes redevelopment, modernisation,
development, portfolio management and the sale of residential and
commercial property in Berlin, Potsdam and Leipzig. At these three highly
promising locations, the company focuses mainly on properties with sound
fabric and attractive facades in areas with development potential.
Properties are acquired selectively at these locations and modernised or
redeveloped to enhance their value. Following the conclusion of development
work, the company's business strategy is to then sell the real estate at a
profit – particularly in packages. In the other operating area of portfolio
management, high-yield properties are acquired to expand the existing
portfolio and to generate ongoing cash flows through rental income. In
addition to the development and modernisation of residential and commercial
properties, portfolio management and sales, Windsor AG also operates in the
business areas of private equity (focusing on real estate) and in the
development of REITs.
