Niklas Helmreich - new member of Windsor´s management board.
Windsor AG has again two members of the management board. The supervisory
board has appointed Niklas Helmreich (39), capital market specialist as the
second member of the management board. Mr Helmreich will be the CFO of
Windsor and will lead the company together with the real estate specialist
Heiko Zybell.

Before Mr. Helmreich joined Windsor he worked as an expert in product
management, finance, sales and marketing at Direkt Anlage Bank, FERI Trust
and DaimlerChrysler Bank in Francfort/Main, Stuttgart and Paris.

The management is committed to develop consistently the strategic business
fields of Windsor and to introduce innovative financial and real estate
products in order to continue the successful growth of the company.
