On July 28, 2015, Terence M. Graunke notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of The Hackett Group, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign from the Company’s Board effective as of August 7, 2015. Mr. Graunke has served as a director since November 10, 2009. He is resigning in order to devote more time to his other business interests outside of the Company.
