At meeting of our Board of Directors held today,
Since capital ceiling term of our company will expire at the end of this year, It was resolved to amend article 10 of Article of Association as attached in order to extend registered capital ceiling term and it was resolved to apply Capital Market Board and Ministry of Customs and Trade for the approval.
