Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi'nin 10 ve 16'ncı maddelerinde yapılması planlanan değişikliklere ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapmış olduğumuz başvuru 12.01.2021 tarihinde; Ticaret Bakanlığı İç Ticaret Genel Müdürlüğü'ne yapmış olduğumuz başvuru ise 25.01.2021 tarihinde olumlu karşılanmıştır.

Ekte yer alan Esas Sözleşme tadil tasarısı 2020 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulacaktır.

The applications regarding proposed amendments to the Articles 10 and 16 of the Articles of Association of our Company were permitted by the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade, Directorate of Domestic Trade on 12.01.2021 and 25.01.2021, respectively.

Attached proposed amendments to the Articles of Association will be presented to the approval of our shareholders during the 2020 Ordinary General Assembly meeting.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
