Diğer yandan, Sabancı Holding'in bağlı ortaklıkları arasında mali sektörde faaliyet gösteren Akbank, Aksigorta ve AgeSA gibi finansal kuruluşlar v görece düşük tutarda da olsa alkollü içki, tütün mamulleri ve şans oyunları ticaretinden elde edilen gelirleri bulunan CarrefourSA ve temel faaliyet konusu otel işletmeciliği olan Tursa ve AEO gibi şirketler yer almakta olup, bu faaliyetlerin katılım finans ilkelerine uygun olmadığı değerlendirilmektedir.
