Şirketimizin 2022 yılı hesap dönemine ait finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ve bu konulardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi'nin 1 (Bir) yıl süreyle Denetçi ve Topluluk Denetçisi olarak seçilmesine ilişkin 30 Mart 2022 tarihli Genel Kurul kararı 12 Nisan 2022 tarihinde tescil ve ilan edilmiştir.

The General Assembly resolution dated March 30, 2022 regarding the election of PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi as the Auditor and the Group Auditor to audit the financial statements for the year 2022 and to carry out other activities within the scope of relevant regulations has been registered and announced on April 12, 2022.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
