Ca' Tron 11 marzo 2020. Ieri il Consiglio di Amministrazione di H-FARM, sotto la presidenza di Riccardo Donadon, ha affidato ad Alberto Grignolo deleghe operative relative all'organizzazione, la gestione e il controllo delle attività "Corporate" e delle business unit: "Education" e "Innovation".

Alberto Grignolo è entrato a far parte del Consiglio di Amministrazione di H-FARM lo scorso 14 gennaio. Figura di spicco del panorama digitale nazionale e internazionale, ha contribuito per quasi 20 anni a far diventare YOOX (poi Yoox Net-a-Porter Group, acquisito nel 2018 per 5.3 Miliardi di euro dal gruppo del lusso svizzero Richemont) uno dei leader globali nel commercio elettronico, quotato, con oltre 2,5 miliardi di dollari di fatturato e 4000 dipendenti. Grignolo in questi mesi ha avuto l'opportunità di conoscere in maniera approfondita H-FARM, lavorando a stretto contatto con gli altri consiglieri e i responsabili delle varie unit e ha deciso di dare il suo contributo alla crescita e valorizzazione della Società.

Alberto Grignolo ha dichiarato: "Sono molto felice di portare il mio contributo al team di H-FARM, in queste settimane ho trovato una squadra fantastica, con un incredibile passione per quello che fanno tutti i giorni, sono certo che riusciremo a fare un ottimo lavoro e sono contento di poter provare a dare il mio aiuto a scrivere anche quest'altra bella storia digitale del nostro Paese."

L'ingresso di Alberto Grignolo si inserisce in una strategia di forte rafforzamento dell'organizzazione, per dare forte impulso alla scalabilità, alla crescita e allo sviluppo di H-FARM che si appresta, a settembre 2020, ad aprire i nuovi spazi del suo Campus che, con i suoi 51 ettari finali di superficie e gli oltre 42 mila mq destinati all'innovazione digitale, è destinato ad affermarsi come il più grande e importante ecosistema privato a livello europeo.

ALBERTO GRIGNOLO APPOINTED CO-MANAGING DIRECTOR OF H-FARM

Grignolo has been assigned the powers relating to the organization, management and control of corporate activities, and of the Education and Innovation SBUs

Ca' Tron, 11th March 2020. Yesterday, under the chairmanship of Riccardo Donadon, H-FARM's Board of Directors assigned the operational powers relating to the organization, management and control of corporate activities, and of the "Education" and "Innovation" business units to Alberto Grignolo.

Alberto Grignolo joined H-FARM's Board of Directors on 14th January. He is a prominent figure on the national and international digital scene, having contributed for almost 20 years to making YOOX (then Yoox Net-a-Porter Group, acquired in 2018 for €5.3 billion by the Swiss luxury goods group Richemont) one of the global leaders in e-commerce, quoted on the stock exchange, with over \$2.5 billion in turnover and 4,000 employees. In recent months, Grignolo has had the opportunity to get to know H-FARM well, working closely with the other directors and the managers of the various units. In doing so, he has decided to make his own contribution to the company's growth and development.

Alberto Grignolo stated: "I'm really pleased to be able to bring my own contribution to the H-FARM team. Over the past few weeks, I have come across a fantastic group of people with incredible passion for what they do on a daily basis. I'm sure we'll manage to do a great job together, and I'm happy to be able to try and lend a hand to writing another chapter in Italy's wonderful digital history".

Alberto Grignolo's entry is part of a strategy to significantly strengthen the organization and give a major boost to H-FARM's scalability, growth and development. H-FARM is preparing to open the new areas of its campus in September 2020.
