On April 12, 2018, Catalyst Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety has approved the addition of a sixth cohort to the Company’s Phase 1/2 trial of CB 2679d/ISU304 in individuals with hemophilia B, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
