Golden West Resources Limited 04R – Panel Receives Further Review Application

The Takeovers Panel advises that it has received an application from Falak Holding LLC ( Falak ) seeking review of the Panel's decision in Golden West Resources Limited 04 (TP08/07).

The Panel has not decided whether to conduct proceedings in relation to the review application and makes no comment on the merits of the application.

The President of the Panel has appointed Irene Lee, Norman O’Bryan SC and Simon McKeon (sitting President) as the sitting Panel to consider the application.
