FULLY UNDERWRITTEN NON RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT ISSUE CLOSES (CORRECTION)

Golden West Resources Limited ( Company or GWR ) announced the closure of the Company’s Non Renounceable Entitlement Issue (Rights Issue) earlier today.

That announcement referred to “ non underwritten shortfall shares ”. That reference was a typographical error.

The Company confirms that the Rights Issue is fully underwritten and Directors will now work with the underwriter, Eight Carat Securities Pty Ltd, with a view to placing the balance of the shortfall shares.
