Extension of Syndicated Facility Agreement

We are pleased to advise that GWA Group Limited ( GWA ) has successfully completed the extension of its syndicated banking facilities, now maturing in October 2028. It has also reduced the total commitments under those facilities from A$180 million to A$165 million.

Citisecurities Limited remains as the facility agent.

GWA acknowledges the on-going support of its lender group, comprising The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Citibank, N.A.
