Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

GWA Group Limited (GWA) advises that the Chief Financial Officer, Patrick Gibson has resigned to pursue another ASX listed opportunity within an unrelated Industry sector. Patrick will leave the business in early 2022 with the final date being determined early next year.

GWA’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Urs Meyerhans said, “On behalf of the GWA team I would like to acknowledge Patrick for his commitment and dedication to the Group. Patrick has played an important role in our business in ensuring the ongoing strong financial position of the Group. I would like to personally thank Patrick for his support as an executive team member over the past six years.”

GWA will commence a search process for a new CFO and will provide a further market update in due course.
