PUBLICATION OF THE REPORTS BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ON THE ITEMS ON THE AGENDA OF THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 21 APRIL 2021

Zola Predosa (BO), 23 March 2021 – GVS S.p.A. informs that the reports by the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of 27 April 2021, in a single call, have been made available today at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website (www.gvs.com, "Governance / Shareholders Meeting" section), as well as on the eMarket STORAGE mechanism ().

Further documents regarding the Shareholders' Meeting will be made available to the public in the way and within the terms provided for by the applicable law.
