This has reference to my letter cited above resigning from the Board of Directors and its Committees of GVK Power & Infrastructure Limited, (GVKPIL) Hyderabad on which you sought a confirmation from me.

In this regard, I hereby confirm that there are no other reason, whether material or not, other than what has been stated in my resignation letter dated 31-05-2020. I once again re-iterate that I am 89 years old and my resignation from GVKPIL is only due to my advance age related issues and more specifically my doctor's advice to take care of myself from COVID 19 pandemic.
