The Company announces the resignation of Ben Walgate, as Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. After nearly four years with the Company Ben has decided to leave the Company to pursue other interests.

Andrew Weeber, the founder of Gusbourne, and its Chairman, will assume an executive role for the time being.
