ANANDA WING ON<1189> - Share Subdivision Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of Ananda Wing On Travel (Holdings) Limited ("Ananda Wing On") have approved the subdivision of shares on the basis of 1 then existing ordinary shares ("Old Shares") of Ananda Wing On into 10 new ordinary share ("New Shares"). Effective from today (31/7/2000), a temporary counter under stock code 2910 and stock short name "ANANDA WING ON" will be established for trading in board lots of 20,000 New Shares each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 1189) for trading in board lots of 2,000 Old Shares each.
