Its share were listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") since 6 October 1997. In September 1997, the group underwent a reorganisation to rationalise its structure in preparation for the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange. Since 19 September 1997, the Company because the holding company of the Group. The Group resulting from the reorganisation is regarded as a continuing entity.
