Disposal of Shares in UK Oil and Gas plc

Gunsynd announces that it has disposed of 31,171,898 shares in UK Oil and Gas plc ("UKOG") at an average price of 1.405 pence per share for a total consideration of £437,966.

Following this disposal, Gunsynd no longer holds an interest in UKOG.
