Partial Disposal of Shares in Empress Royalty Corp and Eagle Mountain
Gunsynd Plc (AIM: GUN, AQSE: GUN) announces that it has partially disposed of holdings in its investee companies Empress Royalty Corp. ("Empress") and Eagle Mountain Mining Limited ("Eagle Mountain").
The transactions were executed as follows:
· disposal of 400,000 shares in Empress for total proceeds of C$186,515 (£107,810); and
· disposal of 213,169 shares in Eagle Mountain for total proceeds of A$198,035 (£110,257).
Following these disposals, Gunsynd continues to hold 600,000 shares in Empress and 2,500,000 shares Eagle Mountain.
