Gunsynd plc (GUN.L) announces that it was today informed of the following dealing in the ordinary shares of the Company made by a director.

Between 5 November and 7 November 2018, Don Strang, an Executive Director of the Company, acquired 63,000,000 Gunsynd ordinary shares at an average price of 0.029 pence per share, representing approximately 1.29% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the acquisition, Mr Strang now holds an interest in 221,238,991 Gunsynd ordinary shares, representing approximately 4.53% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
