Directorate Change

The Board of Gunsynd announces the appointment of George Garnett as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect, and the resignation of David Ormerod as Non-Executive Director, due to increasing demands from his other business commitments. The board would like to thank David for all of his help and guidance during his tenure with the Company.

George's background is in the Australian stockbroking industry.  His current role is with Patersons Securities where he specializes in equity capital markets in the natural resources area, and he divides his time between the UK and Australia.

Other than that as set out below, there are no matters that are required to be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of the appointment of George Henry Miller Garnett (aged 28):
