Gulf Marine Services PLC (the "Company") has been notified in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R that on 11 November 2015 Mike Straughen, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 290 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the "Shares").  The Shares were purchased at an average price of 99.0p each.
