Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited ("GKP" or the "Company") announces that it was informed on 13 April 2021 of the following transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").

Mr Jon Harris, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 30,000 common shares in Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited on 13 April 2021 at a price of 170.55p per share.  In total, Mr Harris owns 30,000 common shares in the Company representing 0.014% of the issued share capital.

Mr Gabriel Papineau-Legris, Chief Commercial Officer, purchased 10,000 common shares in Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited on 12 April 2021 at an average price of 163.06p per share.  In total, when added to the shares retained pursuant to the exercise of share options detailed below, Mr Papineau-Legris owns 174,175 common shares in the Company representing 0.082% of the issued share capital.

In addition, the following PDMR have exercised their vested nil-cost share options granted to them under the 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and 2016 Staff Retention Plan ("SRP"). Upon exercise, a proportion of the vested award was sold to pay the tax liability arising upon exercise, while the remainder was retained.
