With respect to the captioned subject, please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 11[th] February, 2021 inter alia, to consider, the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and nine months ended on 31[st ] December, 2020.
Further, in continuation of our Letter dated 31[st] December, 2020, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Company’s Securities was closed for all Directors/Designated Employees from the opening of the trading hours on Friday 1[st] January 2021, which shall remain closed till the closure of trading hours on 13[th] February,2021 (both days inclusive) i.e. till the completion of 48 hours after conclusion of the Board meeting as per the policy for prohibition of Insider Trading ("the Code") adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time.
