Mamta Verma, IAS (DIN: 01854315), Principal Secretary, Industries & Mines Department, Government of Gujarat has been appointed as Director on the Board of Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Limited w.e.f. 20.09.2024 vice Shri S J Haider, IAS transferred. It is further confirmed that Smt. Mamta Verma, IAS, Principal Secretary, Industries and Mines Department is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
Details with respect to changes in management under Regulation 30(6) read with Para A (7) of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023, are mentioned in “Annexure – A”.
