Closure of Trading Window

Dear Sir,

We write to advise that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company has been convened for Monday, 16[th] August, 2021 for change of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

For this purpose the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed from 9[th] August, 2021 for Designated Employees (and their Immediate Relatives) in terms of the GHL Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading - 2019.

The Trading Window will open after 48 hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the said appointment.
