This is to inform you that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held on 29/08/2025. The outcome of Meeting is summarized as under:-

1. Board’s Report for the year ended 31/03/2025 was approved.

2. Notice of Annual General Meeting of members to be held on Tuesday, 30th September, 2025 at 09:30 A.M. at Hotel Soubhagya Inn, Plot No. 116/3/1, Silvassa – Vapi Main Road, Amli, Silvassa 396230 was approved.

3. Book Closure Period, Cut off date for Annual General Meeting and e-voting Period was finalized.

4. Appointment of Ms. Priyavanda Sudhir Parekh (DIN: 02644060), who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers herself for re-appointment, subject to further approval by the shareholders. Details are enclosed.

5. Re-appointment of Shri Chetankumar Shaileshkumar Parekh, as Managing Director of the company for a period of five years, subject to approval by the members.

6. Approval of Shifting of Registered Office of the Company. The new Registered Office of the Company will be at Shop No. 3, Shanti Complex, Opp. Patel Petrol Pump,Amli, Silvassa 396230.

7. M/s. K. Dalal & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries is appointed as Secretarial auditors of the company for five year. Details are enclosed.

8. Shri Kunjal Dalal, Proprietor of M/s. K. Dalal & Co., Practicing Company Secretary is appointed as scrutinizer in respect of voting at ensuing Annual General Meeting.
