On July 12, 2022, sales of Guillemot Corporation securities representing 14.63% of share capital took place between the UK holding company Guillemot Brothers Ltd and the founding shareholders, Messrs. Claude, Michel, Yves, Gérard and Christian Guillemot, with a view to the subsequent transfer of these securities to the French holding company Guillemot Brothers SAS.
