We are pleased to inform you that the Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has on Thursday, September 6, 2018, pronounced the order sanctioning the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Gufic Stridden Bio-Pharma Private Limited (Transferor Company) with Gufic Biosciences Limited (Transferee Company).

The Company is awaiting the receipt of the certified copy of the order from NCL T. The Scheme will come into effect upon filing certified true copy of the order with the Registrar of the Companies, Mumbai.
