Changes at the top of the GTT Administrative and Financial Division

Paris – 28 October 2016. GTT today announced the resignation of Cécile Arson, Chief Financial Officer since October 2010, following her decision to pursue other career opportunities. Julien Burdeau, GTT's Chief Operating Officer, will be acting Chief Financial Officer in the interim.

Philippe Berterottière, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GTT, said: "I would like to express my warmest thanks to Cécile Arson on behalf of all at GTT, for her professionalism and exacting standards. These qualities have been in evidence throughout her six years at GTT, especially during the initial public offering process that led to the Company's listing in February 2014."

Julien Burdeau joined GTT in 2013 as Vice President in charge of Innovation. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2015.
