TRADING HALT

The securities of GTN Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 6 December 2016.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, GTN Limited ( GTN ) requests a trading halt in its securities (ASX:GTN), from the commencement of trading today.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, GTN advises:

1. The trading halt is requested pending an expected announcement regarding an acquisition and a fully underwritten pro rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer ( Entitlement Offer ).

2. GTN requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of GTN making an announcement to the market concerning completion of the institutional component of the Entitlement Offer or the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 6 December 2016.

3. GTN expects that the trading halt will be ended by it making an announcement to the market concerning completion of the institutional component of the Entitlement Offer.

4. GTN is not aware of any reason why its request for a trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
