Resignation of Chairman and Change in Committee Membership

GTN Limited (ACN 606 841 801) (“ GTN ”) advises that Gary Miles has resigned as Chairman of GTN, effective today 28 February 2017 due to health reasons. The Board of Directors and the entire GTN family thanks Gary for his service to the Company.

As a result of Gary resigning as Chairman, the Board of GTN has made the following changes to the Board and its committees:

• Mr Robert Loewenthal will be acting Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, in addition to joining the Audit & Risk Committee; and

• Mr David Ryan will join the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee will now consider a suitable appointment of a Non-Executive Director to join the Board.
