APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

GTN Limited (ACN 606 841 801) (“ Company ”) ( ASX: GTN ) has today appointed Ms Anna Sandham as Joint Company Secretary of the Company effective immediately to replace Mr Nathan Bartrop who has resigned as Joint Company Secretary.

Anna is a Chartered Company Secretary employed by Company Matters Pty Limited. In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Sandham will be responsible for communications with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters.

Mr Patrick Quinlan remains as joint Company Secretary.
