Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

GTN Limited has today appointed Mr Nathan Bartrop as Joint Company Secretary. Nathan is both a qualified lawyer and Chartered Company Secretary employed by Company Matters Pty Limited. Nathan has experience with ASX listed, dual listed and unlisted entities. Nathan has been involved in the listing of a number of entities on ASX, as well as advising other listed entities in relation to ASX listing rules. He also has prior experience at ASX, where he was a Senior Listings Compliance Adviser in Sydney and Perth, responsible for advising and monitoring listed entities' compliance with the ASX Listing Rules. Nathan is an Associate of Governance Institute of Australia, in addition to being a member of the NSW State Council and the Corporate and Legal Issues Committee.

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Bartrop will be responsible for communications with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters.
