Sub: Trading Window Closure Period under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015

In terms of the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company is required to notify "Trading Window Closure Period" to all its Insiders, as defined under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

In this connection and further to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 & NSE letter no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 2, 2019 and Company's internal code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors/ Officers and designated employees of the Company from Thursday, July 1, 2021 and open 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.
