Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on August 6, 2025 has on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, approved the appointment and remuneration of Mr. Harshad Kulkarni as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel w.e.f. August 7, 2025, upon retirement of Mr. Milind Bapat as Chief Financial Officer.
