With reference to current report No. 14/2019 of 16 July 2019, theManagement Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") wishes toannounce that on 24 July 2019, it received communication No.ONP/2019/059 from the Operations Department of Krajowy Depozyt PapierówWartościowych S.A. (the "KDPW", i.e. the Polish National Depository forSecurities), which states that pursuant to resolution (statement) No.465/2019 of the KDPW dated 16 July 2019, on 25 July 2019 the KDPW willregister 2,018,126 (two million eighteen thousand one hundredtwenty-six) shares in the Company which have been assigned the followingISIN code: PLGTC0000037.
